President Lazarus Chakwera has declared 14 days of mourning people who have died from effects of Tropical Cyclone Freddy.He has since ordered the national flag be flown at half-mast during the first seven days. But Chakwera, speaking during the national address this evening has said the mourning should be an active one where people should continue to help with efforts to rebuild from the damage.So far, 225 people have died, 707 people have been injured while 83000 have been displaced by the cyclone which wrecked havoc in the southern region according to authorities.
