Bob Mpinganjira says there is no pressure for the top spot

Mighty Wanderers head coach Bob Mpinganjira has said there is no pressure with the fact that they have been dislodged from the summit of the TNM Super League log table by their old-age rivals FCB Nyasa Big Bullets.
The Lali Lubani side was dislodged from top spot following a barren draw against Lilongwe-based side Creck Sporting at Balaka Stadium on Wednesday-with Bullets on the other hand winning against Songwe Border United 3-1 at Karonga Stadium on the same day.

In a post-match interview after the game, Mpinganjira said there is no pressure because there are still many games to wrap up the season. He said all what they need to do is to rectify their scoring challenges.
“There is no pressure at all, the league is still on. We just have to organize ourselves better and rectify our weaknesses especially in front of the goal,” said Mpinganjira, sounding cool.
During the game against Creck, Wanderers squandered a lot of scoring opportunities with their wonder kid Wallace Adam and Blessings Mwalilino being the main culprits.
Wanderers are now second with 39 points from 17 games while Bullets are top with 40 points from the same number of games, defending champions Silver Strikers are third with 36 points from the same number of games. In the bottom three, there is Songwe Border United who are yet to register a win from 17 games, struggling Mzuzu City Hammers is 15th with 11 points from 16 games while Mighty Tigers are on 14th with 16 points also from 16 games.
