When Agulugufe’s Ndili Single first hit the airwaves, few listeners realized that it was an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-generated song. The revelation sparked heated debates, with some defending its authenticity while others questioned its origins. Regardless of who won those arguments, what truly matters is the powerful message the song conveys.
From the opening lines, one thing becomes immediately clear: the leading character, (christened Janetfor this article), has given up on love. She declares that she is taking a sabbatical from the dating scene after suffering repeated heartbreak. Determined to protect herself from further emotional pain, Janet resolves to remain single for the time being.
